Payment Methods
The website www.perfektokamnik.com offers the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer via UPN to the account of Perfekto turizem Kamnik d.o.o.
The deadline for payment upon receiving the proforma invoice is 48 hours. If payment is not made within this period, it is assumed that the customer has withdrawn from the order.
The purchase agreement is stored electronically on the Provider’s server and is accessible to the customer via email.
Pricing
Published prices apply to all customers. All prices are in EUR, excluding VAT, and do not include delivery costs. PERFEKTO d.o.o. is not a VAT payer under Article 94 of ZDDV-1. Prices apply if paid using the methods listed above and under the conditions stated. We reserve the right to change prices. The changed prices apply to purchases until the moment a contract is concluded between the buyer and the company operating the website.
Reservations and Purchases
Live Guided Tours and Workshops
Reservations are made by filling out the contact form. After selecting a program, we will contact you as soon as possible via the email address you provided or by phone if requested. Once the reservation is submitted, we will agree on the date and other details and send you a proforma invoice.
This secures your place in the selected program for 48 hours. Payment must be completed within this time to confirm the reservation and purchase.
Right to Cancel
After purchasing, cancellation is possible only in case of written notice at least one week before the start of the guided program or in case of illness, for which a medical certificate must be provided to the tour guide. In such cases, the guided program can be rescheduled for a future date, or a refund may be issued.
Discounts and Promotions
The Provider reserves the right to change or remove current promotions. If payment is made via UPN (TRR) and the promotion expires or is removed during this time, the Provider commits to honoring the promotion at the time the payment was made.
Privacy Policy
The Provider is committed to permanently protecting all customer personal data. This data will be used solely for sending informational materials, offers, invoices, internal research and analysis, and other necessary communication. Personal images of program participants collected during programs will also be permanently protected. Selected images will only be published with the agreement and written consent of the individual.

Disclaimer
The Provider strives to ensure that all information on its website is accurate and up-to-date. In such cases, the Provider will inform the customer of the changes and place them on a waiting list. Once spots become available or new dates are set, the customer will be notified. If no spots are available and payment has already been made, the Provider will offer the customer the option to cancel the order or exchange the reserved service.
